- The promoter of this raffle is The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Bergen Passaic Chapter (NCBW)
- Information on prizes and how to enter our competitions form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms & Conditions).
- By entering our competitions, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions.
- Tickets may be purchased individually (for $20 each) or in groups of 3 (for $50).
- All online purchases are paid via PayPal and will receive an automatic invoice receipt for tracking.
- Entrants will receive their tickets by email within 5 days of purchase.
- Entry to our competitions is open to everyone excluding members of NCBW and their immediate families.
- To enter our competitions, entrants must provide all the particulars required on the entry form. (Name , Address, Telephone, Cell phone number and the name of the person who referred you to the site for tickets).
- Entries must be received by NCBW by 9:00 am on September 29, 2023.
- Prize winners are selected at the Gala on September 30, 2023. Winners who are not present on the day of the event are contacted by email or phone within 5 business days of selection and will be announced on the website. www.NCBWbergenpassaic.org.
- This Raffle license # 490-8-37969 is registered with New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
