The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (NCBW 100),
Bergen/Passaic Chapter Celebrates their 39th Anniversary Fundraiser

Bergen County, NJ, June 14, 2025 – The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (NCBW) Bergen/Passaic Chapter hosted its 39th Annual Fundraiser on Saturday, June 7th at the Marriott Park Ridge, Park Ridge, NJ. The theme for this year’s event was “Pearls of Harlem Renaissance: 39 Years of Shining a Light on Advocacy”.

This annual event is the major source of funding that enables NCBW 100 Bergen/ Passaic to carry out key community programs and initiatives in the areas of Health, Education, Economic Empowerment, Role Model & Youth Development, Public Policy, and Arts & Culture.

The NCBW Bergen Passaic Chapter is proud to have been included the NCBW National Newsletter. The issue, themed Year in Review: Highlighting NCBW’s Advocacy Agenda, showcased the impactful work of various chapters and explored the highlights of some of the outstanding programs implemented during the 2023-2024 fiscal year.

Focusing on local, state and national political areas through voter education, registration and research.

HEALTH

The overall wellness of the African-American Woman and her family is our concern. Knowledge is the key.

EDUCATION

Enhancing and encouraging leadership skills in young girls. Advocating in support of educational issues for black women of all ages.

ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

Promoting the economic stability and advancement of African American women through symposiums, workshops and community forums.
